Support

Technical Support

We use a remote support service called TeamViewer, which allows us to temporarily take control of your computer so we can look at your issues, see error messages on your screen, or assist you without needing to be onsite. This system gets though firewalls, and interacts with your mouse and keyboard as though we were the currently logged-in user.

Please ensure you have downloaded TeamViewer before calling us for support, by following the instructions below:

Windows Users

Please click here to download TeamViewer for Windows and run the programme.
The technician will then request your password, or a prompt will appear asking for access to your system. In this case, click Allow.

Mac Users

Please click here to download TeamViewer for Mac and run the programme.
The technician will then request your password, or a prompt will appear asking for access to your system. In this case, click Allow.

Linux Users

Please click here to download TeamViewer for Linux and run the programme.
The technician will then request your password, or a prompt will appear asking for access to your system. In this case, click Allow.

Screenconnect

If one of our technicians asks you to visit our Screenconnect page, you can do this by clicking here.


‘Get Help’

If Team Viewer isn’t working, you can download Get Help by clicking here and running the programme. Once the software is installed on your computer, you should see a red Treshna icon on you Desktop with Treshna Support written under it.

To get help, run the programme from your desktop. It will ask you for the port number (you need to contact us first, we will tell you the port number) eg. 7, then click Next. We will now have access to your computer
